Tax Watch

For all of our clients we offer as an additional service to keep under review the specific parts of the tax codes that affect them in each of their country of operation. This leads to as a routine an annual review, where we update plans and structures, which we have already implemented; it also leads to ad hoc advice as and when governments open discussions or make changes, which may affect our clients’ exposures.

The use of this service ensures that our clients’ tax affairs are kept up to date, and that, where possible we can make suggestions before changes are implemented to mitigate their effects. We see this service as a form of insurance for our clients against nasty tax surprises. This service is only available to existing clients for whom we have a detailed knowledge of their tax affairs.
