Announcing Tax Associates International

AzureTax Pte Ltd and its associated company, Azure Corporate Services Pte Ltd, have been going through a series of changes in recent weeks. As previously announced, we are no longer a part of the AzureTax Group in Hong Kong. To alleviate any confusion to our clients, we have decided to change the names of our company respectively to:

Tax Associates International Pte Ltd
&
International Corporate Advisory Pte Ltd.

Our legal and marketing teams have been busy working on rolling out these changes. We will be introducing you to our new branding, which will include a new logo, website with corresponding email addresses, and stationery in the near future.

Tax Associates International and International Corporate Advisory will continue to deliver the same range of services to our clients as before. We will continue to uphold ourselves to the same levels of excellence. We see the change from AzureTax to Tax Associates International and International Corporate Advisory as mostly structural and cosmetic and are anticipating a minimal effect on our day-to-day business with clients.

AzureTax Pte Ltd’s business has been growing rapidly since our inception in 2009, due in large part to the ongoing referrals from our clients. We thank them for their ongoing support, and look forward to welcoming new clients to join them.

For us, this change symbolises a bright beginning for our operations here in Singapore. We look forward to announcing our new logo and website to you once those are complete. We sincerely thank you for your ongoing encouragement and support.
