Changes with AzureTax Pte Ltd and at Azure Corporate Services Pte Ltd

AzureTax Pte Ltd and its associated company, Azure Corporate Services Pte Ltd have left the AzureTax Group, which operates in Hong Kong, and Dr Alan Wilson is now the sole owner and Director of AzureTax Pte Ltd and of Azure Corporate Services Pte Ltd, which remain based in Singapore at our current premises in Republic Plaza.

We continue to provide the same range of services and advice that we provided before; we continue to be regulated for the purposes of anti-money laundering regulations by the Chartered Institute of Taxation in the UK, and we continue to be backed by the same level of Professional Indemnity insurance that was previously provided. Where some of our clients were additionally provided services by the AzureTax Hong Kong team, that same team will continue to provide those services if you so wish. Where outside professionals have provided services to our clients, either as trustees or other, they will continue to provide those same services, under the same terms of business.

We in Singapore remain responsible for our clients, the work we do for them, and the work we arrange others to do for them.

We wish to assure you that your files remain with us. All documents and information are safe-kept by us and have not been transferred to the AzureTax Group in Hong Kong or its subsidiary or affiliates.

We have increased our local resources to ensure that service levels, and the range of services on offer are maintained. We continue to provide the same range and depth of specialist advice that we have always provided. These changes will enable us to concentrate on providing services to you. We look forward to continuing to work with you.
